Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. You may request an exchange or return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
For online paid orders, once we receive and verify the item, the refund will be processed to the same account or card used for the payment.
If you prefer a bank transfer, please include your account details or UPI ID along with your contact information and email it to: contact.fashmora@gmail.com
Refunds
To initiate a refund:
- Send the product back to us.
- Include a piece of paper with your order number and the word “Refund” written clearly.
- Pack the item securely.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email or phone.
- The returned item must be unused and in original packing.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Only product value will be refunded. Shipping or additional charges are non-refundable.
- For online paid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For bank/UPI refunds, we will process to the details you shared via email.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
To cancel, email your order number and reason for cancellation to: contact.fashmora@gmail.com
We will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
